But Dave Tate drinks coffee. Coffee is part of being a man. Only good things come from drinking coffee before or during training. Fact.
 
Will mixing Myprotein Pulse with a shake pre-workout make any difference or should I have the shake a substantial amount of time before?
The shake is 2 scoops whey 80%, 1 scoop oats, 500ml milk?
 
How about just train....If you need a damn buzz before you goto the gym you're doing something wrong :p :o

Works well for me, don't take it all the time. But great for some motivation, see no reason why not and its cheap as hell for some Jack3D.

Have you tried it before? It doesn't make you lift more, but it gives you **** more energy. I've seen myself in the gym out here for 2+ hours, and still wanting to do more.

I'm not saying its down to pre-workout juice but for the sake of 3-40p for a shake then why the hell not.
