Well it's unnecessary for a start :( you don't need the carbs in a pre workout

Also, for anyone on a strict diet, such as a pre contest diet, it means you can't go near it

That bp pwo, looks like an mp assault copy to me or at least similar.

Edit - Few added bits but not that far off it.

Don't know the complete in's and out's if I'm being honest so I may be completely wrong but aren't pre-workouts limited to a few select ingredients anyway due to what certain things will do?

Obviously the mix of ingredients, those included and the amounts can vary but I'd expect most of them to share similar characteristics surely?

Of course, but bear in mind there's that many ingredients to choose from that to find two that are similar, is not as common as you might think.

I just get a sneaky feeling, they had a peek at the label, and just put together the same base ingredients, with similar amounts, just seems a bit suss.

Can't blame them, as assault is good for a low stim pwo, bp could be a good cheap alternative.

Like i said assault does have a few added extras, but look at the base ingredients.

I got given some NO-Xplode, had a scoop before I went to the gym, and tbh it just made me feel sick and dizzy. Reckon I just had too much? It says you should have one and then have more half an hour later!

I guess it depends on how sensitive you are to stimulants and other ingredients as well. I think with most pre-workouts as well they recommend using a half dose to check tolerance and feeling etc.

Yeah the single scoop was the recommended first one to assess your tolerance. I had to leave the gym after half an hour as I was too dizzy to continue. Didnt feel any tingling like some peoplehave reported either, so must be something specific thatdoesnt agree with me
