I'm a man(let) and neck the liquid Omega 3 from MP. I've tasted worse things.
I didn't mind the taste, but it was terrible if it dripped anywhere and I forgot to wipe it up!
I'm assuming it is the creative and caffeine that's having the most impact. And yes, as has been established for years on these boards, I'm generally of the opinion that supplements are relatively useless in the grand scheme etc etc etc as you'll all jump on board and sayThere's a definite difference in my performance particularly after a tiring day at work!
Unfortunately, Muscletech completely rebranded their whole performance line, and I think maybe Neurcore was discontinued. Certainly a lot of places have stopped taking stock of it. It seems to have been replaced with Nanovapor

During my search for another pre-workout supp I came across soy protein isolate by MP, the reviews seemed pretty good - I've trained this length of time without post workout shakes, being lactose intolerant I can't drink Whey.
Having my first shake now and I'm struggling so much to finish it! Unless you put a load of water in, it's just like sludge so I started with 500ml, still at 200ml half an hour later...this is hellish! Wish I could drink whey![]()
