My recipe for breakfast shake: 100g whey, 100g oats, 70g Peanut Butter, 500ml whole milk. Nailed it in 30 secs and comes in at 123g protein and 1500 cals. Hopefully I'll finally be able to bulk having this every day.

Seriously though, yeah, referral links are sometimes removed from this forum however I can only remember that happening when they are harmful, as in not wanted. This includes ones contained within signatures and threads/posts made entirely for the purpose of advertising your referral link when no one has asked for it.

This thread is merely an exchange between friends and is of the mutual benefit of all that participate. The posting of referral links can sometimes break the rules, however it is not the referral link itself that is against the rules, it is the manner in which it occurs.
