Supply of Intel i9 11900K, PROBLEM?

I don't know what is going on with this Intel CPU supply. The i9s 11900, 11900KF, and 11900F are readily available, but the 11900K can not be found anywhere? I have an Asus Z590 MB waiting for this CPU. Please don't tell me all the bots, scalpers, and miners are grabbing all these 11900K CPU's? It took me 6 months just to get hold of a RTX GPU, and that was sheer luck! Am I ever going to be able to complete my my PC upgrade? Is there such a big difference in the 11900KF and the 11900K?

I agree with these two, if its Intel you want you're better off with a 10900K, or even a cheaper 10850K (effectively exactly the same CPU) its faster than the 11900K.

Thanks, Yes, I have heard about the (Comet Lake) 10850K, that would do fine, and would be OK on a Z590 MB. However, it does not support M.2 Gen4 SSDs. which I plan to purchase after receiving the 11900K.
