Hi guys,

I am wanting to create something similar to the Steam Support for myself. Is there any free software/website templates etc for me to set one up on my own hosting?

I've never actually been unfortunate enough to have to use Steam's support so I don't know what it consists of.

What features would you like? A ticket-based support system?

Edit: Apparently I can't read. Just use a wiki-based system? Or even a simple CMS.

Sorry yeah I should have been clearer. Not the ticket system side of things, just the FAQ/Support part. So you can search, and click through to find the answers you need.

Also want people to log in and be able to edit the page too if possible.
