Forgive me for using the forum in this manner but I'm trying to get ther support I paid for from OCUK.
Last December I bought an "Ultima Dreadnaught" Gaming System from OCUK which included the abovementioned i7 CPU "Professionally overclocked" to 4.0 GHz.
This purchase came with "1-year's support"
The CPU has since lost those settings so I called OCUK yesterday and they refused to even discuss Overclocking and said I had to use this Forum.
In fact the CPU if anything has downclocked to 3.06 GHz.
The PC came preloaded with the Overclocking Software but I don't know the specific values to set.
How can I return it to 4.0GHz? Or should I ask OCUK to collect it and fix it for me as per my 1 year support contract.
