*** Supreme Commander 2 *** GFX Problem -=[FIXED]=-

The game installed without issue, updated via Steam and believes it is running correctly.

The menu and sound work, however in-game all is black. I have tried several different resolutions to no affect.

I have installed the latest Nvidia drivers. Still no luck. Does any one have any ideas or solutions?

Once I've found my camera, I will post an image/video link as a screen shot does nothing for you these days!

My Spec:
i7 920 @ 2.66GHz
6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3
XFX GeForce GTX 260
160GB Raptor HDD
1080x1920 LCD
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
P6T Deluxe V2 0901 BIOS (24/02/10)

DirectX: 9.28.1886 (Feb 2010)

I don't have any solutions apart from saying that you're not alone. GPG haven't even made a tech forum for this sodding game yet but I do know people have graphical issues.

I've got an ATI 4870 and when I ALT+TAB out of the game and back in, sometimes my mexes or various buildings are black. Alt+tabbing out and back in sometimes sorts the issue but it is random.
 
You'd think with my spec machine, I would've turned on my monitors, but there always has to be one, or in this case two, who ask about the bleeding obvious!

Have you tried messing around with the settings, try lowering all the graphics to low and disabling any AA/AF filtering. See if it works. Try some older GPU drivers as well.
 
I went from using drivers from Feb 09 to the latest which didn't do a thing. And I've played with the settings - going from default (maximum on) to everything on low! No luck.
 
Lol. Try playing Supreme Commander 1, but limit it to T1, use a T1 shield mod, and turn your colours to the highest contrast you can. Bingo done. Half of SupCom2 skirmish maps are from SupCom1 as well.
 
Found a fix from another user: turn anti-aliasing on!

To be honest, until I play the game I can't comment on it. I will ignore all negative comments because I really don't give a ****.
