They do say u cant see no difference with quad core but its only when the battle starts and theres 2-3 bases with 100-200+ units attaching the extra cores kick in ;)
 
Yeah hardOCP got a good review.... although if u read the review in the 1st post by extremetech they seem to show Vista ahead in the benchmarks slighly, hardocp suggest if u running Vista go for the quad core to make up for the poor Nvidia drivers.

In fact both reviews say that the drivers definatly require further tweeking since performance isnt there even if it is a cpu intense game.

Both reviews also struggle narrowing the performance and dualcore vs quadcore.... but they both tend to agree quadcores give the best performance at highest settings:)
