Damn shame I could never actually get a feel for this.

Just felt awful to play.

Me too i was gutted when i played it, from the trailers it looked class but it just wasnt the same when you got into the gameplay.... World in conflict of C&C to look forward to now

i didnt really like the beta because of the online people, i must prefer doing the campaigns and stuff with RTS's and the likes. sort of offline gaming when i cant be arsed to do anything else.

i have preordered it though lol.

^^snap on case Giz.

good good :D

This is one of the games I can't wait to play and seeing its gone gold im getting more excited.

How would the game run on the below spec out of interest

AMD 3200 winchester @ 2.4/2.5
GF XFX 7800 256mb extreme 490 core version
1 GB Ram

Im guessing its going to be medium settings at most, anyone with similar who has played the beta that can fill me in on the performance? ;)

Ran it on the biggest map with highest settings on a 3000+, 1gb RAM, 6800gt.

Ran pretty well with occasional stutter but was playable. The constant mouse lag (and command lag, units just seemed to take about a second to react to commands :\) got on my nerves which, mixed together with the land/air/sea deal totally overwhelmed me :o :o

I was in the beta for this but just couldn't get into it. Loved TA but this just doesn't feel the same to me.

My pc aint that bad specced either and it used to run terrible on it as well.

I'll have to fire it up again and see if they have fixed it at all.

I am waiting for the demo of this one. Like the sound of it, but I don't like the sound of the spec that they reckon you should have. I have a higher spec than quoted above, but what res you running at? I will have to run at 1680 x 1050.

I think nowadays with the demands of some games - it should be mandatory for devs to release a demo so we can try it out - they won't but it should be mandatory. It is not helpful in magazines when they say what you will need but do not go into details as to what res they are refering to.

WOOOP WOOOP

THIS IS THE REASON I STILL PLAY PC GAMES. NOT FPS.

Looking at some of the screens on Gamespot and virtually.......... (Too late), did wet myself.

I very much looking forward to this.. I even think an outsider for Game of the Year perhaps?

If the online play is as good as it deserves, this will be great. Hopefullt the single player campaigns will also be amazing.

Pre order here I come.

Anyone else looking forward to playing online?

Total Anihilation Multiplayer was good, but that was dial up in the 90's.

Don't get your hopes up, I found it really disappointing. Big hype, little delivery. The proper release might be different though, we'll see!

Found the online beta annoying for the same reasons as Zefan, it just did not have the right feel to it at all, I do not know for sure what I was expecting but it certainly was not this.

Seriously seems to be a spam units, a beats b affair just on a larger scale.

Will wait to see what the reception of the final game is, trouble with reviewers is they all seem taken back by it and I have yet to find one who has the same concerns as me.

CoH in my opinion is a much better multiplayer RTS, going by the beta of each.
