Supreme Court Decision 2014?

Hi all,
Had a letter through today from a CC company that I used to have.

They gave said that although my PPI was not mis-sold I can set up a new claim because the commission on the PPI was so high. They say they did not tell people because they were not required by law.

Anyone else had this through recently? I had the credit card about 10 years ago I think.

Martin Lewis mentioned this in his show on Monday

Basically if you were rejected for a PPI claim originally you might now reclaim plevin due to high commission
