Surface 3 Battery Issues

I've got a Surface 3 which doesn't seem to last half a day in sleep, I've reset the surface using reset my pc, so there are no extra programs installed.

The balanced plan sets the surface to go to sleep after 20 minutes or so, in the reviews, standby time is quoted in days, not hours like what I'm getting.

Is the tablet faulty or am I missing something here?

Try enabling Hyper-V, this disables the modern style power plans and lets you return to a time where hibernation actually involved powering off!

Since resetting it and turning off WiFi in sleep, it's been much better.
