SurfControl on ISA server

I am currently running SurfControl Webfilter V4.5. Its been fine for the last few months but now the service constantly crashes with a 7031 error. I've tried a reinstall but doesn't help.

Any ideas?

After a bit of thought I'm thinking it could be a databse issue, any experience of this?

And yes, 7031 is service terminating unexpectedly, not other reason bar that

Got it working, it was a DB problem.

However, I've got another question. Where is the option for client hostname resolution? Is in Surfcontrol or ISA?
