Might be a long shot, but does anyone on here use it? Having major issues with rules now not having any affect on internet traffic.

The MD is yelling at me for allowing the employees on Facebook but I really have no idea what's gone wrong..

Websense aren't being helpful at all

I really should have come back and checked this

It was finally resolved after 3 days of troubleshooting by Websense.

The issue was it was missing critical files relating to the filtering when it was updated/reinstalled using an RDP connection. The files ended up under Users & Docs on the Admin user, rather than in the Windows directory. Once the files were moved across, all was well.
