Just wanted to post some positive feedback about my GPU RMA experience.
I've had a Inno3D 980ti X3 for about 10 month and was playing Witcher 3 and my screen went black and my PC crashed. Booted it back up but when it loaded windows the screen went black again. Anyway to cut a long story short I determined it was a the GPU, open a ticket with Overclockers and sent it back. Overclockers confirmed the GPU was faulty and sent it back to the manufacturer and said it could be up to 28 days before they hear anything.
Anyway a month goes by , I have an old 670GTX and have been mainly playing indie games recently so wasn't desperate for a replacement, and a parcel arrives at my house. I open it and much to my surprise I find a Asus Strix 1080 inside. It is listed as a B Grade item and has been opened, however it's working perfectly. Thanks Overclockers another very satisfied customer.
Out of interest does the manufacturers warranty still apply to B Grade items?
