Surprised at the customer service...

Just like to say that OCUK have always been great to me. From me being a pain and cancelling orders at the last minute to changing delivery addresses after the order has been made (my gran is a legend and hides my secret buys from the parents for me :D). Yesterday was great too. 5UB went out of his way to try help me out with a couple of 670s and then Gibbo and the lad on the OCUK phone sorted out a cracking deal for me. This is why I do not go anywhere else. Talk about brand loyalty! So thanks very much guys!
 
Out of nterest does windows know it is a french keyboard?
When you plug it in do the incoorect punctuations comply with whats on the keyboard or what you would expect?

I suggest that instead of airing your grievances in the public section of the forum you say whatever you want to say in the CS section.

No doubt 5UB will take on board anything you say and will do his best to help you.
 
What I really like about OcUK, aside from the free delivery and reduced courier charges is the fact they get the gear out the door fast! To date everything has been dispatched the following day :) Good bunch of lads.

I was going to arrange a collection for you on Monday and send the correct keyboard to you on Tuesday if that was easier, not a lot I can arrange from home as I am not at work today. But on Monday I can help you to ensure everything is sorted. :)

Yes. Indeed. I've had some orders in just after 10:30am then anytime between 11:30am and 12:45pm the order has been dispatched.
 
Best customer support ever, just a quick webnote and boom, they can change your order just like that. Really love the quick and awesome support :D.

+1 best ever. even contacted me when i ordered to say the graphics card i want was out of stock and they gave me a better one for the same price as the one i ordered (ye was only a few of quid more but still). never have had a fault with them. great delievery
