Surrender license

Hi,

My brother has been caught speeding twice in 2 weeks, he got pulled over doing 41 in a 30 on his motorbike which he has held my license for 1 year , second he was at work, hgv driver, caught by a mobile van again doing 40 plus in a 30. just wondering will he have to surrender his bike license as its 6 points in the first 2 years of holding his bike license or do the points count towards his whole license.

The two years is from your first entitlement so if he's had his car licence over two years he'll be fine

He might get lucky, I was offered a course for 41 in a 30 so he may end up with one course and one lot of points. Time will tell!

He might need to slow down a wee bit else it won't last long regardless lol.
