surround sound problem on medal of honour: airborne

hey guys, i just installed medal of honour: airborne, and during a 5.1 speaker test in the game options..
My surround isnt working.
front, left, right sound works right, while surround left and right still sound from my left and right sates, and not my rear sates.

using creative x-fi xtrememusic, set to game mode, turned on EAX, and set to surround. Test for surround sound on creative control panel works.

speaker system used -> megaworks 550


anyone can help?

Hmm, well make sure your 5.1 is working and wired correctly outside the game (I sometimes plug in wrong way).

You are using the Game Mode I hope and if so you need set it up as its independant from the Intertainment Mode.

yeap, the 5.1 is working when i do the channel test in creative control panel.

but in the surround test in the game, all the sound comes from the front 3 sates.


btw regarding the software, do i still get surround is i do not enable CMSS-Surround?

CMSS-Surround is only make 2 channel sound in to surround sound. if a game as 5.1 option u don't need to enable CMSS-3d Surround...

goto Medal of Honor Airborne Setup and make sure the audio is set to 5.1...
