Surviving a point blank nuclear explosion

I think a combination of two bottles of a really nice tawny port (i like tawny deal with it), some nice cheese is more than enough to protect me from said explosion.

If it ever comes to it I want to watch the bang then get vaporized. No living through radiation hell rotting from the inside out first. The UK is to small for nukes it would Russia just two missiles to render our country buggered.
 
Honestly, if I were at point blank of a nuclear explosion I think the best and only thing I could do would be to find a very sturdy wall and stand against it in a Walk Like An Egyptian pose so that my nuclear shadow would at least entertain future civilizations.

And that's probably the best we can hope for in such circumstances.
