suse linux

i have purchased suse linux and i havent a clue about linux, can anyone help me out? i really want to use some windows apps like photoshop and dreamweaver as well as a ftp program, can i run these and if so how? i really like the look of it but im a total amature, sorry.

go to http://www.google.com/linux and try giving a search for wine. it's a program for Linux that allows you to run many windows apps natively. I never used it much though so cant offer much more advice
