Sushi Maker.

Just get a bamboo mat to start with, and practice making rolls. I would not get too hung up of moulds and stuff to begin with, start by sourcing good FRESH fish, and getting your rice perfect.

As said, start off with the mat. If you use the kit it only really shapes the sushi into hearts or squares and stuff.

You can get most of what you need from Tesco or Asda. I'd start off with some smoked salmon or crab sticks with shredded cucumber and wasabi, just to get the hang of it.

For dips you'll not go wrong with light soy sauce enfused with ginger and garlic but again a little experimentation is required for your own taste.

My wife is a good Sushi Maker :) Just get a mat. Tuna mayo and/or Avocado are good fillings if you cant source fresh fish. Salmon and Tuna are generally the easiest to find fresh.
