I've been to http://www.london-eating.co.uk/4191.htm a few times - place is a tip but the sushi is above par.

Yeah Hi Sushi isn't bad (it's just a couple of minutes from my house)... but I've only been once, benefits of having a Japanese mother is she makes it for me when she's in town

I have a craving for some salmon/tuna skin

quite obvious but, good sushi bar will be owned by a Japanese person, a really really good sushi bar will have genuine Japanese people behind the bar.

Doesn't the place by the Cineworld (in boro) and Nando's do Sushi? some peeps at work say its really nice there.

I think that place is called Etsuko, or something. But I've never been in so I'm not even sure what they sell, maybe I should go take a look, love sushi but most people either hate it or dont even want to try it.
