I've loved the whole Sushi experience for years, so I thought it about time that I had a go myself.
I've seen some great starter kits that are available, and I've ordered a book for beginners which is getting delivered tomorrow.
The one thing that I am struggling with, is finding somewhere that sells fish of the right quality to use in Sushi/Sashimi.
Our town doesn't have a local fishmonger, and Asda and Tescos weren't much help. I've also emailed a few large online fish outlets only to be told that they don't supply it.
So I put the question out to the ocuk budding chefs.
Have any of you got pointers, or even better, experience in buying this grade of fish?
