Do these IP's look suspicious? they connected and I lost my internet for a while.

windows 7 pro, had utorrent running but nothing seeding/leeching

The top IP belongs to Microsoft and is used for HTTP services e.g. if you visit a website or vis versa.

Bottom IP belongs to Time Warner and was connected using 50026 as it says which is used for SANS Internet Storm Center who monitor the internet for attacks AFAIK. Does that mean anything to you?

More likely to be P2P related. You get stuff flying in on all sorts of ports if you look properly.

Wouldn't worry about it, most likely a coincidence. Keep everything updated and you'll be alright.
