I always thought Suzi was excellent at getting interviews and information from the pitlane. I dont know what has happened but the BBC should have tried much harder to keep her onboard.

It seems that after a decade doing the MotoGP she wanted to step down and do other projects. After her health scare last year maybe she just wants to take it a little easier, but she'll be missed for sure.

I may be a lone voice but I will not miss her. I just wish it was still live on Eurosport rather than the token coverage the BBC (some races red via red button) give to Moto GP.

Eurosport has live qualifying / 125 / Moto2, it's only the MotoGP race that is broadcast with a delay :)

Bradley Smith must have a very good chance of being 125 champion. I will stick with the Eurosport coverage and it looks like Toby and Julian are doing every race this season.

Yep Toby and Jules make MotoGP what it is, cant wait me, gonna be a good season, can Rossi do it again, hope so, but methinks if Stoner is fit whole season he will be hard to beat.

Didn't Ducati (or Toby Moody :D) announce an April Fools press release saying Stoner was going to miss the 2010 season?.
:)

Meh, replace one vacuous female with another one who thinks shes 'an honourary biker'

Eurosport's Toby and Jules are the ONLY option for people who love MotoGP and I can't wait for the first race !

C'mon Casey !

Have to say, the Moto2 bikes look like fun :D...41 of them into the first corner tomorrow is gonna be total carnage...
:D

I can't wait for that. I can hear Toby and Jules having a heart attack when they hit the first corner. Scott Redding looked handy in the first practice session, hopefully he has a good qualyfying session and gets off the line in front of the inevitable carnage.

Don't think Eurosport have the rights to show the main moto GP race live now, they've got it on later on tonight.

Jennie Gow has got a tough job replacing Suzi Perry really, they've lost the relationships she had built with all the riders over the years noticed how none of the riders spoke to her on the grid. Gonna take some time to build those bridges again.

Surprised Matt Roberts didn't get the full gig tbh he's done quite a few races on his own when Suzi didn't travel or was ill over the past couple of years.

Coverage on the BBC was terrible for the Qutar race.. There was big gaps in between changes of scene, with presenters handing over to colleagues that weren't there. The sound was terrible too. Crackling with too much treble. It sounded like a radio production.

They really need polish up the production, its lags miles behind what you would expect.

The main issue for me was the picture quality when using the online service, looks pretty poor on some scenes. Perhaps it's asking a bit too much for the BBC to use more bandwidth for it, but I imagine it's not as popular as the F1 so it could have been given a bit more I guess.

The production was a bit all over the place tbh seemed like they only had 1 camera between them for the whole show!

It's never been like that in the past so don't know why it seemed like it was done on the cheap this time, maybe being one of the late night races which many won't watch they didn't bother shipping the equipment out there.
