My othe PC doesnt seem to do this, But why they using too much cpu resource? Any help would be much appreciated.

my pc is runing on a Pentium 4 1.8ghz with 1gb pc2700 ddr333.

svchost and lsass are background processes vital to the running of Windows. Which is why it wont let you kill them :)

Your best bet for lowering the amount of resources they use is to disable any Services you dont use, and make sure any software you aren't using isn't running. Check your startup and in MSCONFIG to see what is loading with Windows. Anything you dont need - get rid.

You might also consider a spyware and virus scan - just to be safe.
