SVD source code

Anyone know of a reliable implementation of SVD in C (preferably with some commented code)?

Our lecturer gave us some source code to use in an assignment but it doesn't work.

I've found a few floating around but I've no idea about their reliability, I don't want to spend all my time trying to get my program to work only to find my SVD is borked.

There are a few implementations mentioned here.
