Out dodging rain showers this morning at a nature reserve with my trusty S5600.

Saw this handsome looking chap who was quite willing to pose for photos:

Had to bump the ISO to 200 to get a decent shutter speed due to the dull light levels, but I don't think the picture looks too shabby after sharpening / cropping and resizing down for the web.

He's got nice clean nostrils too!

Stunning picture, eventhough what you said i still think that the noise from the green back ground needs sorting out, easily done in photoshop

I think a lot of the frame is wasted in the top right. It is also quite noisy. Possibly due to sharpening?

no offence but that really doesn't scream "stunning picture" to me, it's just a swan in an overtly noisy background. I think a way to improve on this would be to have captured more of the neck if possible into a more portrait photo.
