Swap 32-bit for 64-bit

When x64 came out i remember seeing the option to swap my 32-bit license for a 64-bit one.

I now need 64-bit windows for my 3d animation stuff but cannot find the website any more. Anyone got any ideas?

Do they still run this offer?
