Swap on RAM - affecting my low SSD capacity?

hey,

just checked activity monitor on my MBP, and the RAM usage is fine (around 6 out of 8gb used), but there is a little usage in swap for it.

what I would like to know is as this MBP is for very very light workloads, it has only 128gb storage, is this a concern using some swap? im not totally sure how it all works..?

There's no concern, this is how operating systems are designed to operate.
