I have an HP pavilion 15-ec100na gaming laptop.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H GPU: GTX1050. Both soldered in so it’s not possible to swap one out for an upgrade unless you solder them out. (No equipment)

Was wondering if a swap would be feasible to a new motherboard with the a different AMD CPU, and one with a GTX 1650?

Exact same layout, connections etc, just a different CPU & GPU.

Is this possible?

All depends on cable connections, power requirements etc. Id say when you get to this point you need to weigh up the cost difference between selling up and buying versus the cost of parts and chance of being wrong.
