is there anyway of moving changing my secondary drive to my primary drive? like moving the o/c drive everything
swapping o/s drive

You'll need something like Acronis True Image to clone your primary drive to your secondary drive.
Then shut down, swap hard drive jumpers round, and cables if you need to. Switch back on and you should then be booting from the new drive.
