Swapping Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme for AIO

I have just updated my sound card, but I have had to install it into a graphics PCIe slot. Which means my 7990 is now running at x8 instead of x16. The reason I had to install it in there, was because it dose not work in my only free/unblocked x1 PCIe slot. The only other PCIe x1 slot is covered by my CPU cooler.

So my question is, would you swap a Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme for a AIO. I'm looking at the Cooler Master Nepton 120XL AIO, it seems to have good reviews and is quite compact and is also on sale this week.

Can't you use the black pci-e slot at the bottom? If you use that one it disables the pair of 1x slots so your 7990 could run at 16x again. It must be bottlenecked to hell at 8x.
