i would like to swap the ram for something around the same price whick i can order now as this ram is out of stock and also i am willing to spend a extra £10 on the graphics card but dont know which one to get could you help me on these things.

Go for the ocz gold 6GB (extra 2GB there) here:

Dont think they clock quite as well as the platinums but the difference isn't big. I'd snap up the extra 2GB instead. They are £20 more.

I would just do that then leave graphics card as is. It would only be worth it if you spent an extra £20 odd quid on it for a 4890 like this one:

Not to be picky but is there any cheaper 4gb ram i can use. then i could spend the extra money on a graphic card.

Have a look at this from OCZ, RAM linked above is used for I7 systems which use tripple channel and will probably run as single channel rather than dual channel.
