Pretty weird thread title I know but I am pretty sure some of you will experience this. I have excessively sweaty palms and I need a cure as shaking hands with people at work/interviews when my hand is pretty much dripping wet is horrible. Has anyone experienced and cured this problem?

Depends how severe it is, if it isn't too severe it can be cured with antibiotics.

Btw palm hyperhidrosis is the most common, I also have it but its isn't severe my palms just mainly sweat when I put my hands in my pocket or I clutch my fist and hold it for a while but severe is like having trouble changing pages in books etc.

Don't think I've ever met anyone with excessively palms tbh.

I did used to work with a guy who would sweat profusely from his arm pits in any temperature. He'd just sit there and start sweating for no apparent reason. I can imagine it's quite distressing.

I think the doctor gave him some special deodorant at one point but it didn't help much, perhaps you can get some cream or powder from the doctor?

I'd go to the doctors and see what they say.

I've read up on an operation you can have which cuts a nerve ending or something but apparently it can have adverse side effects so I'd rather stay away from that if possible.

I'm the same, I more often than not have warm hands and if they've been in my pocket, or I've been holding carrier bags/ clenching fists then they do get a bit sweaty.

Sounds like it's a lot worse for you though OP, never known anyone with hands as bad as it sounds from your post. The operation sounds a bit grim.
