Sweetfx BF3 d3d problem

I've started playing around with sweetfx in different games and the effect was good. But the only game I'm having trouble with is Battlefield 3, now I get this message

Off topic question: What are the advantages of using RadeonPro with 1 gpu (if there are any)?

The good news is that I've found a working SweetFX for BF4 Win 8.1 64 bit - http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/1043/

But for BF3 I still can't find anything...

My system: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Can this be cause by Directx 11.2? My WDDM is 1.3

Its because of Windows 8.1 using WDDM 1.3
Tested it on another PC with Win7 64 bit and it worked...
