Might be picking up one of these in MM, is it enough to run a single CPU loop?

it's enough, but it won't do wonders for your temps - I'm currently on a single rad, and my temps are not much better than they were on a freezer 7 pro.

tbh, it's worth spending the extra on a 120.2/.3 imo

A Swiftech MCR120 is cooling my X2-3800 @2500 with a Swiftech MCW-6000 without issue.
