Swiftech complete kits anyone used them ?

The new Swiftech kits will use the new Apogee XTL waterblock which they claim has the same performance as the XT, since the XT was considered top of the range what is it about these kits that many say they are a good beginners WC setup ?

If the XTL is so good ( the XT is one of the best blocks) what is it in these kits that drag them down to "beginners " level ? The rest of the components must be very bad if they negate the colling ability of the XTL

With 3 Rads and an XTL i would have hoped that these kits would be near to high end performance

In all honesty taking a further look at the kits, and the new ones too, the specs of them are up there with custom self built.

Decent pumps, blocks, res and so on. So in all honesty they are very good, what i personally mean about them being good for beginners is that you know all the stuff is good, and is compatible, and you also get instructions on how to install.

The new edge kits look nice, with the inbuilt pump into the rad, not sure if u can get in the UK yet though.

I did'nt mean they where poor quality, just the kits work, with no fuss, yes you can get better performance doing it yourself, by changing certain things here and there, but they are very good kits indeed. But the performance increase would'nt be a lot, would mainly aid in quiter running really, as there are much thicker rads available, but thats me nit picking, as i said the kits have quality components from an excellent manufacture, and swiftechs customer support is top notch too.
