Swiftech H20 120 Compact Kit

For my new system, i will be using Q6600, if i use a sythe infinity how much cooler would my cpu run if i use this swiftech? It it worth the extra £45?
I will be overclocking. Would the radiator be cooled enough by case fans? Also would it be best to mount it higher or lower?
