Hi, I finally have my Swiftech H220-X on the way, the setup is configured as default to push air through the rad, will it make any difference to pull air through it ?

How do others with AIO's have theirs configured, just wondering....?

I try to have all rad fans on intake wherever possible. If you have a GPU exhausting hot air from an air cooler towards the H220-X at the top then I'd probably switch it out to exhaust. But if you can mount it at the front or bottom of the case, then go with the default push intake configuration for best performance.

I have H110 mounted at the top of my case, fans Pushing air through it (purely for the looks rather than having a pull configuration where the fans are other side of the radiator and unseen but still exhausting in the same direction. but the difference between push or pull is literally minimal, 1c it in favour of pull)

Most of my hot air though is exhausted through the rear exhaust fan, as the radiator cant exhaust heat as quick because of the restrictiveness of a radiator, without my rear exhaust fan my gpus easily rise in temperature dramatically.

And I have two 140mm fans on the front of my case which are the cold air intakes.

cpu full load @ 55c, gpu's full load 65c.

Thanks for replies, installed it this afternoon, however the design of the H220-X doesn't allow both fans to be mounted to push air due to the pump being mounted on the rad. I installed as per default config and have to say the build quality is excellent.

I changed the colour insert of the block to red, to match the MSI theme although it's more like orange. Fans are quiet too, even at full speed.

Sure does look odd not seeing a huge heatsink hanging off the motherboard...
