Swiftech MCW55 GPU Water Block

I just got this block and noticed it dont come with any barb adapters to connect the tubing to it... i also just got a swiftech water cooling kit that has 7/16" tubing.
Could someone tell me what i need to buy to connect this tubing the the MCW55 GPU Block??

The GPU block has push fittings, you should have got 2 sleeves and clips with the block. These go in to the tubing and then pushed as hard as you can into the block.
