I swim casually 2-3 times a week at my indoor pool. I don't use my goggles, which are several years old, as they fog up really quickly. They are Adidas ones, cost me around £10 at the time.
During the week, someone at the pool suggested I try them on again, as they thought I was trying to keep my eyes above water, which was hindering my breathing. I am novice swimmer, never learnt how to swim with any technique.
Is antifog spray worth a try? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08T6FX...HW41YD61&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Otherwise I'll look into some new decent goggles, and look into getting prescription lenses it them as I'm shortsighted, in which case any recommendations on brands/retailer?
