Swimming sets for endurance

First do a swim css test (Google) and work out your zones, then some sets to try focus on;

400m wu, 15 x 100m leaving off 2mins, increase reco if required, 400cd (z6 swim)

400m wu, 2 sets of 3 x 200m leaving off 4mins, 2min rest in between sets, then do second set then 400m CD (z5/6 swim)

400m wu, 4 x 5mins this may be 300m or up to 400m (or more) depending on your speed 1-2mins rest between each interval. 400m CD (z5 swim)
