Not sure if the picture is clear enough but is the swirl here producing too many bubbles. Water level is at top of window, what looks like the level lower down is a perspex platform.

CPU idle temp is 35 ish, Each core is around 27.

I'll leave it an hour or so and run it up for a while. Going to move the res/pump to the other side by thge cas window when it's all settled.
