Switch Antivirus from NOD32 to Microsoft Security Essentials?

I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials since windows 7 came out, and I haven’t had any problems it seemed to pick up any viruses and malware, but that’s not to say my computer might be ridded with viruses and malware!!!!!!
But the computer is running great so I am well pleased with MSE;)

I've used MSE since it was released. I got rid of AVG and Avast because they had become too slow and bloated. MSE is fast, and best of all unobtrusive. All my PCs now run it, including my netbook.

It has detected viruses in files I've transferred from other PCs so I know it's doing something.

MSE will/should check for updates before it does its weekly scan - just double-check it is set in the options. I can't recall if it does updates more frequently .

Updates are also received via Windows Update, so if you have Automatic Updates switched on, you should get all the important updates as soon as they are available.
