Switch between screens whilst gaming?

As title suggests, I would like to switch between my screens whilst in a full screen game. Just so i can easily so other things whilst i'm not doing anything in game (eg auto run on wow, just died as it ran through a load of mobs whilst i was tabbed)

Is there any way to do this or do i have to stop running it in full screen?

I take it your running multiple monitors? its a bit a of a pain isn't it. I wouldn't mind knowing if there was a way of keeping a program full screen.

In WOW just stick it in windowed mode and pull the mouse across to the next monitor when you need it?

indeed, fullscreen - windowed mode.

you can just move mouse across to other display.

Thanks for replys, so windowed mode is the only option? Just I like playing full screen but windowed would be a lot easier to multi task.

@geuben. Yeah im running a 2008 dell and samsung 206bw

Looks like windowed mode is the only way, also saves time tabbing out and back in and can throw the game between screens like you say.
