Switch from vga to hdmi

Not sure in waht section to put this but since its gfx related her goes, i just got my new tv a 32" and i couldnt run it thru vga so have switched it to hdmi, but the problem is text seems fuzzy in games, could that be down to the pixle format in the cat drivers, currently using RGB 4:4:4 pixel format pc standard (full rgb) or is it down to something else?

Is it definitely running in the native res for the panel?

Some panels run silly res [1280*720] as opposed to the proper res [1360x768 I think? and 1920x1080] so it might be an upscale/downscale problem.

What models are the tellies we are talking about?

seems unlikely that it would be a problem with the panel surely, as the problem shows up in the printscreen.. :confused:

At a loss myself tbh :( tried hdmi into another monitor/tv?
 
when im in vga (1360x768) mode its fine its when using HDMI @ 1080p its all fuzzy,My screen is a Toshiba regza 37"

you sure thats 1080p and not 1080i? try 720p instead

ooooh. erm, i dunno then lol double check its not some weird 1080i issue though
