Ive been considering moving totally over to windows 64 bit. As far as i can tall all my hardware is fully supported with 64 bit drivers and from what i can tell most if not all of the programs/games i will use play on it ok. Is this a good move at the mo or is it still worth having xp 32 dual boot as an option.

Well i am going to do a reinstall either way, would there be any big reasons not to install 64 bit over 32 bit.

If you have all the drivers for your hardware
and a copy of NOD32 ( works with xp64 )

there is no reason not to I use it and its fine

I was going to but then i found out norton internet security 05 doesnt work on 64 bit but never tried it myself so not completely convinced. I agree with Firebaruk - wait for vista and also give it a while too for them to sort any fixes which are always needed with windows o/s when its first released
