switchable graphics windows 8 HP

hp dv6 3130sa entertainment notebook pc there are no drivers available for hd 5000 radeon graphics card for switcbale support so my laptop defalts to the intel hd graphics.

Now i have read there are solutions with 3rd party drivers and changing bios settings however i dont really understand the full process.

Can anyone help by giving me the full step by step process or if there is a link available that would be great

Can you use a windows 7 driver instead?

nope wont work there is also an issues plugging the laptop into tv via hdmi its not being detected.

I had that issue on mine when the ATI graphics chip was playing up, for some reason the HDMI out won't work with the Intel onboard graphics.

I never bothered to update my graphics drivers because switchable one's seem to be a right faff to get working, however I've been told the forum below is good place to find info:
