Switched from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace

I've just switched from Microsoft 365 and I'm pretty happy. It is a lot cheaper. There are less features but I feel it is easier to use. When I was using Microsoft 365 there was always something that made it seem more complex than it needed to be. I'm not a massive user by any stretch of the imagination but having three users on Google Workspace is less that one user on Microsoft 365 (Business Premium). It is going to take me a little while to get used to Google Sheets though. I think the Google Groups setup works quite well for shared mailboxes.

For anyone already using Google Workspace are there any tips you would give to me?

How much are you paying per seat on google? I think i'd have downgraded to busines basic @ £4.90 per user if you're happy using web apps. 1tb of storage each vs 30gb on google.

£6 a month per user.

No but considering that Google has said you'll get Gemini for a couple of dollars more 45% seems excessive and it will make its way here.

Yup, also a little odd to compare Google's 'Starter' plan with MS365 'Business Premium' given what's included but it's always been horses-for-course between the two providers and whatever works for a user/business.

True. I had a primary Business Premium user and two Business Basics. Now I can reduce it down to three Google starter plans as I no longer need the desktop apps.
